Dybles facilitated a sale for us that should have been simple and straightforward. They managed well dealing with a probate situation, incompetent solicitors and Christmas timetables. The sales team were sensitive to uncomfortable situations and their closure team was tenacious and undertook the necessary steps to keep the momentum going. I would easily recommend them and wish them all the best with their future sales. It's nice to have a local company deal in their local area of expertise, rather than dropping in from afar.

We recently bought and sold through dybles. The team were excellent from start to finish. Helpful when displaying homes, professional and helpful in helping us showcase ours, and reasonable in the way they supported during negotiations. I never felt pressured that they just wanted to get their fee and move on.

Dybles did a brilliant job handling the recent sale of our property. Their system for managing viewings is simple to use and the photographs of our home were excellent.
It wasn’t a straightforward house to value but Jack was spot on. The team kept us in the loop all the way through the process and were very reassuring at what can be an extremely stressful time. I am particularly grateful to Jack, Katie and James for their expertise and support.
The team really do want everyone involved in the sale and purchase of a property to be happy and it shows. The experience has left us feeling very positive about moving on from a home that meant a lot to us!

Dybles have lied to us about having offers on a property we were interested in buying in order to inflate the price.
Luckily we understood the Winchester property market in terms of what is a fair price - however if we were not so savvy this tactic could have seen us paying well over the property value.
I fear for the person who has now bought this property as I’m sure Dybles have had this tactic used to ensure they paid more. Great for the seller and for Dybles - but very unethical.

We sold our house with Dybles and several attempts were needed to achieve this. We chose them for their competitive pricing at a fixed rate which worked out to be just below 0.8%. So far so good, one star for this. We decided on the sale price ourselves as we did not think their estimation was right (and succeeded with our price at the end), we could not choose photos from the photographer (she apparently just took one photo per room), and we edited their standard advertising text to better suit the property. During viewings, staff that did not know the property were showing prospective buyers around and there were several agents who we had not even met before. The follow-up process was outsourced to an external company without previous notice and consisted of useless check-in phone calls. At some point we had the impression that they were working for the interest of the prospective buyers. The recommended mortgage adviser was difficult to work with and created us some additional problems when drawing down our mortgage from our bank.
