Avoid this agency. unprofessional staff at this branch. Booked a viewing and agent did not turn up. I waited twenty minutes but no one came. Rang and they said I was booked in for a completely different day which I can’t have been as I was on holiday that day so it must of been their mistake.... Read more

Avoid. Had a viewing arranged for the 19th, they rescheduled last minute to the 21st. We were assured we would be the first people to view the house, we turn up nice and early and quickly find out we are 2nd in queue to view the place. After the short and quiet frankly lacklustre viewing ,we spoke with the agent privately, told him of our interested and a little about us, he seemed very keen for us to move into this property, especially when he said “it’s practically yours”. Well we get a call 10 minutes later saying the other applicant has been accepted. We were messed about, lied to, and mislead.... Read more

Tenants be careful. These letting agents are uncaring, unresponsive, and will try to claim your deposit based on a fabrication. We are home owners now but renting for a year with them has turned me off for life. As a family we often went without heating, hot water and even electricity for days on end through the winter and they did virtually nothing to help us at all or offer support. They've made it clear, to us and other tenants, that their interests are only in their clients, not the renters. There are loads of properties to rent in Sheffield with independent landlords or more reputable agents, avoid this company at all costs.... Read more
