Earnshaw Kay has been reliable and very professional from the first meeting before we put our house on the market to the time we had buyers and proceeded with the sale. We were given relevant information about the buyers and received the advice when we needed to make further decisions.

Tried charging me £350 to cut the grass in the garden! When I asked why it would cost so much they said it was because a it would take a couple of days work.. I went up the next day and sorted it myself and it took me a few hours

The fridge freezer didn't work when I moved in so I ended up having to buy my own and upon leaving the property the esate agent had the cheek to ask me if I could leave the fridge freezer I purchased..

Arranged to meet someone at property to hand the keys over and have a final check of the property to make sure everything was ok and no one turned up!!! So I phoned to asked where the person I arranged to meet was and they went to the seaside!! bearing in mind the country is in lockdown!!

You honestly couldn't make it up!

Absolute joke of a business! Please avoid at all costs! As they will try to squeeze every last penny out of you!!

Now, here is a funny thing. I rented a house from this guys about three years ago. I have actively sought them out to make this review.I have rented many houses over the years but this company were unique. Max Earnshaw called me after we had left and actually thanked me for looking after the property so well and leaving the garden looking so nice. Never before or since have I known a letting agent to do that. Credit where due. Thanks Max.

i paid an aplication fee on a property to rent the day i payed i recieved a call after 4 hour saying the landlord has let the property out, before i payed the amount due for the application they asked me a move in date and swore that the house was mine once i payed the fees.

they said they would refund the money but i still havent recieved it and this is my problem to sort out with my bank? i would not recomend!!!

Earnshaw Kay is the only letting agent in Huddersfield I would consider using, and I will definitely use them again. Efficient and friendly they provided and excellent service since I first enquired. They are 100% dedicated on looking after me, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable; they have supplied the perfect tenants. They are really friendly and professional who have constantly delivered and have provided me with great results!
