Overall a terrible experience. Had to chase them multiple times for every issue (of which there were way to many). Tried to tell us that having rats in walls is normal for the area and they couldn’t do anything about it. Don’t go near them!... Read more

Often with letting agencies you feel as though they're always against you, this is the first letting agency for me where this definitely hasn't been the case. The team at Easiliving are very friendly, fair, and helpful. When a repair needed doing a contractor was usually there the next day to sort this out, and the team are always very quick to respond. I had an extremely unpleasant experience as a tenant with Easiliving estate agents. Their service was terrible, and they made my life a living hell during my tenancy. I had several issues with the property, and their response was slow and inadequate. Moreover, their staff were unprofessional and rude when dealing with me. I would strongly advise against using this agency, and I urge potential tenants to look elsewhere for a better experience.... Read more

I was skeptical of Easiliving at first but overall we had a very good experience with the agency and the staff. Whenever we needed somebody to come out they were quick with assisting us. Over my 12-month tenancy, I spoke a lot with Ashleigh who was always very polite and helpful and I recently spoke with Carly who was the same. Upon leaving, we also received 100% of our deposit back. I have recently dealt with Carly at Easiliving, as a parent of a student who needed to leave the property. Carly has been fantastically responsive, supportive, professional and kind throughout a period of time where most people are trying to have a holiday (made sure everything was running smoothly and I was kept informed at every turn through Christmas break/covid restrictions). As a Landlord I've used a few different letting agencies over the last 20+ years in North East. These guys (Luke, Marcus, Carly) at Easiling have easily been the Best. I don't leave many reviews, but I'm a huge believer in complimenting a job well done. I found this company to be very professional and gave a Great service & communication. The clue is in the title, Easiliving, thats what they want to make out of you. Take note all students and paying parents, this company represents the sterotypical bottom of the pile estate agents. Ignore the gloss and photos, once you have signed the onesided contract then they will convenniently change tack. Note, mould in properties, no termination clauses (you might need this for Covid), pull up the weeds in the garden clause, wash the outside of windows that you can not reach, to mention a few. They really are unprofessional time wasters, just go somewhere else or stay in Uni property. You have been warned, the only thing they are interested in your money. Ignore the glossy and shiny pics, its all a smoke screen. Easiliving, thats what they are about, and its your money they will achieve it with. Read the bad reports, they are spot on, sadly google does not have a 0 review button. We dealt with Carleee Cane the managing partner. No idea where the postive reviews came from.......!!... I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Terrible service and only reply when it is favorable for them. Amazingly lack the ability to write up a contract that does not contradict itself, then proceed to bully my roommate and I for additional funds that we do not owe. Tried to take advantage of the fact that we were not from this country and tried mending the rules into their favor.... Read more
