Would rate 0 stars if possible. Appear “easy” and “nice” with all their reviews from landlords but look at the students’ and tennants reviews!!!! (especially if in Newcastle area) Clearly leeching off of tenants who don’t know better by charging for damages that were there when we moved in! Very slow at replying to emails and took ages to fix any repairs let alone actually fixing them. Took 6 months to even have a working tumble dryer resulting in a damp and cold house through winter, in addition to the evidently urgent damp issues throughout the house with both mould and visibly damp/sodden walls and paint. Do not use this agency. constant issues with house, and communication. Overall just not recommended for students or anyone really.... Read more

Absolute disgrace of a student letting agency. Trying to charge over £700 out of our deposits for ‘further cleaning’ and blue tack marks when we paid for professional cleaners out of our own pocket. Also taking around a week to reply to our emails to dispute this, they’re just greedy and want to scam students out of as much money as possible. We left the house in a better condition than we received it in. They were also useless at doing maintenance throughout the year, we had really bad damp in the kitchen that never got sorted, took 6 months to replace the tumble dryer so we couldn’t do our washing properly. Now they’re trying to take our money that’s not rightfully theirs, with no evidence either. Absolutely a disgrace, avoid at all costs!!!!... Read more

Overall a terrible experience. Had to chase them multiple times for every issue (of which there were way to many). Tried to tell us that having rats in walls is normal for the area and they couldn’t do anything about it. Don’t go near them!... Read more

Often with letting agencies you feel as though they're always against you, this is the first letting agency for me where this definitely hasn't been the case. The team at Easiliving are very friendly, fair, and helpful. When a repair needed doing a contractor was usually there the next day to sort this out, and the team are always very quick to respond. I had an extremely unpleasant experience as a tenant with Easiliving estate agents. Their service was terrible, and they made my life a living hell during my tenancy. I had several issues with the property, and their response was slow and inadequate. Moreover, their staff were unprofessional and rude when dealing with me. I would strongly advise against using this agency, and I urge potential tenants to look elsewhere for a better experience.... Read more
