Do not trust L&Q. They scam tenants and don’t give holding deposits back. They are entirely incompetent, iniquitous and fraudulent.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Scamming tenants, cancelling contracts a DAY before move-in and refusing to give holding deposit back. Do not trust them

Do not trust these people, they will do what essentially amounts to theft from you. Look at the other reviews. Do not trust anyone from L&Q.

London and quadrant are a joke. We can see outside, downstairs and the sky all from the hallway. The crack starts from the front door and goes all the way up to the top flat and entire building. The load bearing wall is split horizontally and vertically and they send in the plasterers! Everyday you can hear the debris falling from the walls. When it rains the cupboard with the electricity meter is filled with water. Someone send help please before the building collaps or catches fire.

@Fiona Fletcher-Smith who is Chief Executive at L&Q, you need to be hands on with L&Q properties. I have had issues since I moved to my Flat. Leak after Leak after bloody leak. Please share till it reaches FIona Fletcher-Smitt. I have never missed my rent but I believe London & Quadrant Housing Trust have broken there agreement with me I am sick and tired to call them. Can anyone help me on this matter. Thank you in advance for sharing.

If I could leave zero I would.
Despite having a superb customer service team when you call in, it seems everyone else in this sham of a business is incompetent at best and will fully neglectful at worst.
The experience as a tenant has been the worst experience I’ve ever had the misfortune to go through.
My mental health is shot to bits let alone the detrimental affect on my physical health and family’s well being.
Complaints are brushed under the carpet by the same individual the complaint is lodged against. There is zero accountability, no support or adequate training for new staff who are left to sink or swim at the expense of the vulnerable tenants they are supposed to support

Guys do you not need to get a property from L&Q all the property they have is very bad bugs coming out from everywhere and water come out from everywhere is not good at all and they have very very bad service

LNQ just made me travel all the way from London to Southend for a viewing for a flat which is turns out is not available. Thanks for wasting my day and getting my hopes up about being housed. Thanks a lot

Terrible customer service, staff are extremely unhelpful. Takes months for anything to get done. They need to look at their management teams as the service they are providing is extremely poor.
