A lovely store. Lovely, clean and clever staff. Welcomed me in and gladly saw me go. I go there a lot. One staff member tried to replace a bulb in my car but was run over by a bus.

The team were all really friendly and helpful, giving me loads of extra info about the repairs they did on my bike. The free bike assessment is really handy too, and they got me booked in and the repairs all completed the same day, it was amazing!

I have had a fantastic experience visiting Bath city centre Halfords store today. I found all members of staff to be very knowledgeable and confident in explaining various items around the store. Given current COVID-19 circumstances, I felt the store followed appropriate hygiene and social distancing measures. I am delighted with my bike light purchase which will make cycling around Bath safer this winter. Affordable and good quality bike accessories with outstanding customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Review of a visit I had a couple of months ago but forgot to write earlier: I had a problem with changing gears on my bike. I went to two other bike shops in Bath, both of which said I needed an expensive repair. However when I went to Halfords they fixed the problem free of charge in around 10 minutes. Very happy with this result.

Great service every time!
I purchased a bike with my cycle to work scheme almost two years ago now, and collected directly from this Halfords. I've been back to the store approximately 10 times for different things over the past two years, and I can't recommend the team enough. Ben has always sought to help me as much as possible, even when his workload has been crazy. Twice, recently he, and another member of staff - really helped me out with my bike and found me a solution instantly, with minimal cost. This really helps give you a positive experience when you feel you're not being forced to spend unnecessarily because they've got targets to meet.
So I'll definitely be heading back to this store to purchase my next bike. Thanks again guys!

Went in to get one thing, came out with five. Good amount of items available and quick service. Receipt was emailed to me, which is appreciated as it reduces the amount of paper in one's wallet.
Bike customers can see their bikes being assembled whilst in store. There is also the opportunity to take an electric bike on a short test ride

I needed a new spoke for a DT Swiss MTB wheel, I had an event the next day and didn't want to ride with a wonky wheel. After trying the main bike shops with no luck I thought I would give Halfords a go. The very helpful staff quickly fit a new spoke while I waited on a busy Saturday, and trued it perfectly. Top service, thank you!
