Excellent service from a helpful and knowledgeable Brixham office team. Sensible regarding fees, the photographs taken and attention to detail made it standout in a crowded market. Keeping us informed through the entire process answering any questions we had at any point. Taking control of the keys they were respectful of both the property and our wishes keeping both seller and buyer happy. Will and Alice and of course special mention to Avril, they really could not have been more helpful throughout our sale and with our purchase in Buckingham. We had some ups and downs but help was always at hand to sort out any problems, just what you need from your estate agent but do not always get. The rest of the Boyce team were also all brilliant, could not recommend this estate agent enough! Our house here in Brixham is Grade II listed, so not the most straightforward of properties to sell.
