I don't rent a house however i reside next door to a premises they are responsible for and trying to get communication from them to sort the fence out which is falling into my property and has to be wedged up with planks of wood. The garden in question is now totally.overgrown woth shining nettle and bindweed 5ft high. It is horrendous bit they never reply.... Read more

Fantastic engagement and extremely professional. I would not hesitate to find my next home through Let Direct again! However, there is something else I want to share that I think is worthwhile considering too... I had need to move sooner than the anticipated date given by my new landlord. There were many preparations still to be done, as well as completing the vetting process. Let Direct could have just made things easy for themselves and stuck to the dates given. Instead of this, Let Direct wanted to work with me, and make my dates happen. They did this by working with all parties involved, and were able to then commit to my dates. So many plates spinning and I really felt I was Let Direct's only customer during the whole process. Julie, I could not have done this without your support. She made sure to keep me updated and informed every step of the way which i greatly appreciated given it was my first time going through the UK renting market. Would just like to say a massive massive thank you to let direct ne! After a horrendous year and my daughter choosing to leave the nest, been dealing with a lot of different agents and then found let direct omg the service has been amazing from start to finish never heard of you guys before but would deffo recommend in a heart beat! Julie was amazing through out the exchange process. We needed to bring the move in date forward which was handled quickly and efficiently. Julie also made sure to keep in contact and get everything sorted within our time frame. The entire application was online and hassle free. Let direct are by far the best estate agents I have dealt with, within Newcastle. Extremely transparent and don't push you to meet their deadlines but instead work around your own.... Read more
