I am currently renting a flat advertised by Easy Let and have had some problems initially i.e. leaking boiler, leak in the shower. Bill has dealt with the issues promptly and professionally, always on the other end of the phone if need be. I cannot fault the work done by Will who has been sent out to my flat a few times- everything was fixed/replaced on the day. Would certainly rent (or hopefully buy!) a property from Easy Let in the future.... Read more

Hello everyone .. if you want to rent from easy let sale think twice. They are cute and kind at first, but when something happened at your house, they say that this is not their problem. I lived at the eversfield place and left because they steal from the mail, smoke drugs, make noise, and even the fire alarm goes on at night, sometimes a couple of times a night. And so I left two weeks ago and think, they do not return my deposit. They didn't show me a bit, they called me and told me not to come to their agency and they would not return the deposit. (think twice if your brothers rent from them or not)... Read more

Although the staff were friendly and provided all the details we needed, their efforts in replying to calls, getting in contact with our queeries and just communication in general was poor. In stressful times like moving, knowing that the landlord has outsourced a different tenant on their own is important information to us who were waiting on our application. We spent lots of time waiting for agreements that were then changed last minute. I understand that this may have been a one time occurrence with us but it did cost us going for a much easier and responsive estate agent. However, the friendly staff salvage this review to a 2 star as they were down to earth and approachable unlike other estates that come across as cold and intimidating.... Read more

Easylet are the worst letting agency that ive ever been with. People think that there trust worthy and polite well there not, all they ever think of is money money money. They neglect there tenants and lie through there teeth, they couldn't careless about making a single mum and her baby homeless. They are very rude and the landlord just the same. They make out that they have a cleaner in to clean the building when that isnt the case as im the one that cleans the building because if i dont it never gets done. I’d definitely highly recommend Easy let & Sale. Great staff, trustworthy, polite and very helpful, providing absolutely professional service. I’ve got a brilliant experience through the rental process thanks to all of them and especially Rachel she responds to all my emails and calls immediately, make the whole process ran smoothly and stress less for me. Already got tow calls for maintenance and the guys came same day and solve the issue in minutes. Thus I really cannot recommend them enough, that’s pleasure to deal with.
