Let me share my experience and what we had to go through! This is absolutely the worst agency ever! Denise McCabe performs her duties breaking the laws! First of all once we moved in into our new property we received only 1 pair of keys! Agency advised us to make another pair of keys ourselves which took us 3 weeks to make it! We had to get the landlord permission and deal with key supplier companies. The manages of our property was constantly being changed and we always had to wait for the response. The worst part is the end of tenancy... a few weeks before our tenancy ending the Hastings international agency changed our deposit protection company to another company WITHOUT giving us any new documentation. One day before our tenancy ending we had a cleaner to make sure everything is in a good condition. I took pictures for the reference. We paid £90 for a cleaner. After we left the property the agency sent us an email that the flat hasn't been cleaned and mentioned that they will deduct £170 from our deposit for the cleaning of the flat. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! Just because they transferred my deposit to another company I had no control of it. It took us almost 2 months to get the deposit back, of course not in full. They bridge so many laws of Section 213 of the Housing Act 2004. They failed to provide the details of my deposit protection scheme within 30 days of the payment of my deposit. They also failed to return the deposit back within 10 working days after the tenancy agreement is over. This is the worst experience ever, all I want is to sue this company for all stress and challenges created. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT IM ABOUT TO DO. So please be aware of it! This is completely not reliable agency, despite the amount of money they are charging for the agency fees! Ridiculous.

From the first call, Priya was proactive with confirming our appointments and set up several to view at the same time. She was detailed in understanding what I really wanted for my flat. She continued to keep in touch throughout the process, even though I had to make a short trip out of the country, and helped me handle things while I was away. She was warm and trustworthy, made me feel comfortable asking anything, was not pushy, recommended what she thought was best for me not what would be most profitable, and did not make me feel as if I was just a business interest. She even told me to email her in future if I needed any advice on the London real estate market, even if I did not get an apartment through her. She's the kind of agent that inspires loyalty from her clients.

By far the worst customer service that I’ve ever come across. We have lived in the property for almost 2 weeks now and still have not received the correct keys. They gave us one of keys and told us we had to get more cut because we moved in late! What is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! After complaining there eventually gave us another set but then the lobby key did not work! I was informed by the landlord that she had told them that they had to get the lobby key done by a specialist key cutter, they obviously didn’t listen to a word of that. We currently still do not have keys when I messaged them about it, I was told I had to return the keys because they were a lot of money! You can understand why it’s the worst customer service I have ever come across. They did not apologise for giving us the wrong set of keys they have not said that they are going to get more cut even though it is in the contract. The complete absurdity of this whole situation irritates the hell out of me! That I can’t even get into the property that I’m paying for. But there is more! When we moved into the property of the hot water wasn’t working! It is still not working we have to get a new boiler! They said they checked it a couple days before we move in but the way the company is managed I very much doubt they did. We also have problems with the furniture that is unusable! The table in the living room is completely wonky the chairs scrape against the wooden floor, so at the minute I’m eating my dinner on the sofa. Until my order comes through on Amazon because God knows they are not going to get any new ones. Our double bed in our room has got wheels so every time we get on it I feel like I’m dancing on ice! The shower head is completely screwed! The doors to balcony do not open! I could probably go on for days! Yeah so a long story short you are probably best off not using this company. Save yourself the stress and knew someone else I wish I did.

Jay was extremely professional and courteous and really went the extra mile. I appointed Residential Realtors during the COVID 19 pandemic - I was nervous as it is unprecedented and uncertain times however they were extremely accommodating with my requests and extremely sensitive to my situation. Customer service appeared to be key and they went out of their way to make the process of letting my property as seamless as possible. There was a government ban in place for non essential travel other than work, Jay ensured his team managed everything seamlessly from collecting my keys, to recording video viewings of my property and efficiently using these for viewings. I had regular updates from competent team members who were transparent and clear and kept me informed at every stage of the process without me having to chase. I needed tenants to move in ASAP as my property was vacant. The property was let at the figure that I wanted and it was all done with minimal effort or stress from my end. Would highly recommend as a Realtor that definitely goes the extra mile to please their clients. If a business can cater to client needs during a pandemic I can only imagine what their service would be during business as usual periods. I Will be forwarding their details to the rest of my family and friends.

We had a bad experience with Res Realtors. After accepting our offer we paid the holding deposit and the agency fees hoping to get in the property. However for two weeks Resident Realtors couldn't sort their act with the landlord and we were left with no place to live, just 5 days before the move in date. Imagine the struggle in finding a new place for 5 days. Kudos to Max who actually tried hard to sort the things out in the said two weeks. Also good that we got our money back quite quick. Resident Realtors, please sort out your game with the landlords.

Knight Frank agency have provided excellent service in terms of contract completion and setting up everything for us to move into the property promptly. Chris Nguyen was particularly helpful in showing us around the place a few times to make the necessary arrangements before moving in and to sort out our reference application. Very happy with the service!

Initial experience is great and very professional but our experience at the end of tenancy was terrible. We were charged around £400 for damages for stuff which was by previous tenants and while some of it was mentioned in the check in report, some of the stuff was never mentioned. Our fault we didn't look in to too much detail in check in report as we had an understanding with the staff at knight Frank maintenance but she left and the new staff Heather didn't budge. She didn't bother comparing check in and check out reports and we had to eventually pay as we didn't want to get in to the hassle. The amounts they charge are over priced, for instance key replacement for the window was charged at £75. Our rent refund calculations were not accounted for and after several polite reminders they looked in to it.
