We have just bought a house Eden (Nisar) was the estate agent!! we offered the asking price on the day and it got accepted!!! so far so good. The house is very run down and needs work which to me is why the price was lower. We got our mortgage accepted on the 3rd August and we got the keys on the 24th September so a quick process (this is our first house but I've been told that's a fast sale) Nisar made it very stressful ringing me asking me to ask my solicitor to hurry up and stop asking for certain documents and how the owner may pull out as the house next door got a lot more money. Even when I collected the keys he told me the next door house went for £50k more and that we are very lucky we got it for that price. The house next door is completely decorated ready to move in lovely kitchen etc and after speaking to my neighbour she informed me that it only went for 25k more (but as I said it's very nicely done up). Nisar was very unhelpful I asked him a few questions regarding the electric and gas no reply at all and the roof (for insurance) as it wasnt in our document only replied when I called!!! He generally made our first house purchase stressful and we now have a house that needs a new roof and i can't begin to tell you what else!!! Awful service.... Read more

Eden do not care about you if you live in a student property. I don't even know where to begin. It will take them months to do simple maintenance or fix things if they even bother. They turn up without sufficient notice just emailing an hour before arriving... I had to remind them SEVERAL times that at least 24 hours notice is a legal requirement. When they do fix things it's a bodge job. They did work in our bathroom and just dumped all the rubbish and glass shower door that was removed on the driveway, we had to request that they come back and clear it. There was a leak in the bathroom that was going through to the downstairs neighbours, when I spoke to the neighbours they said that this issue was ongoing from way before we moved in! One of our windows had a crack from top to bottom the entire year that we lived in the property, it was already cracked when we moved in and this was never replaced after NUMEROUS requests. I really do not recommend Eden, the only redeaming factor was that I had a month where I was short of cash and they allowed me to pay half rent and then just add the other half to the following months rent. They are responsive to emails however have a habit of not showing up when they say they will visit to fix things!... Read more

There are so many letting agents at High Wycombe. Not even worth one star. No one ever got back to us even when we agreed to take it further. Rude, no manners. We contacted Omar many times and he completely ignored us. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! The worst! The type of agency which let you a broken house and later they try to charge you for fixing it. Worst customer experience i have ever had from employees and manager. Highly recommend to avoid it.... Read more
