I was told to ask to speak to Sam. I called and said can I speak to Sam. When he answered and I said, Hi, is that Sam, he sarcastically says ‘well who do you think they’ve put you through to’! I then asked him about an advert on line for a small property with a photo of a large one as the main photo only to be told that’s not the property. When I questioned him, he told me I’m rude and put the phone down on me.
I think this is the first review I’ve ever done but am shocked by the way these estate agents speak to customers.
So many estate agents, try and pick one that’s not rude to their clients!

Rebecca Venton at Edward Ashdale helped us from start to finish with renting our first property. As first time renters, we had lots of questions and Rebecca has made us feel like a priority, answering any queries quickly and thoroughly. This is incredibly reassuring for a younger couple. Thank you!

What a great experience this was finally dealing with a property company that knows what there talking about staff are Extremely helpful and kept me up to date through out our transaction would highly recommend Sam and his team weather it residential or commercial
