    I would never recommend this letting agency to no one the experience I've had with them is utterly disgusting. I am appalled with their service. They have no regard for their tenants especially the ones that have been with them for years. It's a major problem for them to get any repairs done on the property after its been rented. It doesn't matter if you call and complain a 1000 time's still nothing will get done all you'll receive is false promises and when they get tired of you complaining they start to threaten you with eviction because they feel you don't know your rights as a tenant. From I've been renting from this agency the amount of times I've called about the problems regarding the property and the repairs that needed and still needs to be done is uncountable but I can count on one hand how many times someone from the agency have been down to have a look at the issues and that's in the space of 7 going to 8 years. I've spoken to my neighbours who also rents from this agency and none had anything good to say, we all seem to be going through the same problems. This agency is neglectful and lazy they don't seem to want to do their job properly or even make the landlords aware of the issues the tenant are having with their properties. If your looking for a agency to rent from look somewhere else that's the best and most honest advice I can give to anyone.
