I been living on the property for 8 years through Edwards jones. I am utterly satisfied with the services they provided. Whenever there is a problem or issue within the house, one call and it gets sorted.
They have always try their best to look after thier Tennant's and the needs.
We never had problem with anything, even we had late payment of rent due to unemployment and ash the manager was really helpful,

Edward Jones have been the WORST estate agency we have been with! We had a leaking roof which took 1 year too fix! We have been asking for them to fix our fences which were broken! For OVER 1 year! STILL NOT FIXED!!! THE LIST GOES ON! I REPEAT WORST ESTATE AGENTS EVER!

I have been a tenant for more than 6 months now. At the start of our tenancy myself and my fiance was looking for a place to live, they supported and found a great apartment for us that was well suited for a young new starting couple.
when needed, they are always at hand to help and give any support needed. Very professional but yet so down to earth.
i recommend Edward Jones.
