In less then a week, of the property been marketed Alex Pawlowski of Edwards & Gray and the team had arranged 14 viewings over 2 open days receiving 5 offers and the property was sold in less than 10 days. The support from Alex and the team did not stop there but continued right through to completion, which was also the shortest time i have experienced.
