We have made several house moves due to some extent by the nature of my job. This move was the smoothest partly because of the fact that Alexander saw the opportunity of a potential buyer from your client list which turned a visit to provide a check marketing price into a quick sale. However this opportunity led to a period of very professional work by the Staff at Edwards involving seamless communication across the team and sheer determination to keep the chain moving resulting to the deals been completed in 8 weeks . As a landlord you expect a certain level of service. My business partner and I have a variety of properties across Manchester. He used Edwards / JG independent for a recent rental of one of our properties. We used a let only service only to find this to be very expensive with this agent, very abrupt and little communication.When a tennant was found the process was very long winded with many forms to be signed and a lengthy screening process. We now use a different agent ** Deirdre the person your staff dealt with is my business partner who does not wish to be mentioned on here. Edwards (and formerly JG) have fully managed my property portfolio for 10 years. Their service has always been professional, pro-active and cost effective (and tenant feedback to me is consistently positive). Communication is excellent, so I find some of the historic negative comments surprising. Edwards sold our house earlier this year- They made the whole process from beginning to end so easy. My initial contact with Alex was fantastic. We wanted a quick sale and he gave us a realistic valuation to achieve this- our property sold within a week of being on the market. Dierdre managed our viewings and sale. The team have always been proactive and engaged and have made my life significantly easier.
