When Eight Estates were instructed to act on our behalf, Riki and Benjamin’s communication was excellent, not pushy just professional, friendly and polite. Following the valuation, the property details were quickly agreed, along with marketing photos and floor plans. The property details went live on Rightmove on the Monday and we had a full asking price offer on the Friday morning.
