Element was created by two brothers. We have combined our extensive knowledge and understanding from all sides of the property industry, into one holistic service.

Cos was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire mortgage process. He went far beyond what I expected from a mortgage advisory perspective and developed a strategy and long term plan for my future investments. His desire to protect his clients enables him to fully gain trust, which is vital when dealing with property. Obtaining a mortgage in principle within 24 hours, followed by a formal mortgage offer a few days later was far beyond my expectations and was a crucial factor in my purchase of the property. Just when I thought all renting agencies are borderline criminal sharks who will do anything to make your life miserable , I had the pleasure to rent from Element properties for the last 2 years, which was a much needed ray of sunshine compared to previous renting experiences I had in London.
These guys have been absolutely fantastic, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly many times! 10/10 would recommend renting here! What a class act!
