The team at Elizabeth Davenport have been brilliant with keeping us up to date with our purchase. They always answer the phone and they always call you back. They’ve all been really helpful in answering our queries and have made our purchase run smoothly - right the way from our offer being accepted to us getting the keys.

We had a reasonably positive experience with Elizabeth Davenport. They marketed the property with good pictures and were quite good at keeping in touch with us. The staff were polite, friendly, professional and always keen to help. The house sold for exactly the price they valued it as, and in a good timescale for us. They were very good at letting us know when viewings were scheduled etc and managing that for us.
My only complaints are that they were very slow at updating our sign to say "sold" and then when the buyer pulled out we had to phone them for it to be changed back to "for sale" as they didn't do it; and that I'm not sure they're viewings techniques are geared up to get the best price when compared to other estate agents we've seen.

Outstanding, and I would like to thank all of the team at the Elizabeth Davenport, Coventry office, particularly Nick and Christine, for their excellent service and support in helping in the sale my father's house. Everyone in the team was highly professional and the service was superb. Not a typical estate agency at all !!

After a particularly long and complicated sale and purchase we finally completed after 6 long agitated months. Christine was very patient and worked hard to try and get things sorted, which is very hard when our buyer decided to use on line solicitors, who appeared to do only things on their terms regardless of anyone else including their own client. They did not like to communicate at all too anyone. Christine kept her cool, when everyone else was losing theirs .
The rest of the team, in particular Katie always had time to listen to my anguish, and Michael who showed people round and got the house sold. The whole team are helpful and listen to what’s needed.
