These are nice people. I let, and then sold my flat with Elms Estates. They work hard and take it seriously , their paperwork and contracts are so straightforward and clear, they communicate courteously at every stage, they don't hassle with unnecessary messages, and basically, just do exactly what they promise, and a bit more besides.

Had a negative buying experience with Elms Estates - Shaun was uncommunicative and gave us no warning that the Seller was no longer interested in selling, after we wasted months in the process. If this wasn't a case of us being gazumped, we still would have expected far more transparency & communication from Shaun. Unfortunately would not recommend working with Elms Estates.

Nasim and Jade have been really great, constantly ensuring our house is properly maintained and fixed when it needs fixing. Have just moved out to another location and Nasim’s servicing on helping me get the let agreement transferred and deposits returned was great - the agents at my new flat are nowhere close to hitting Nasim’s standards
I recommend this agency if moving around E2 area

I've dealt with Elms Estates on and off for about 15 years. They are always very responsive and efficient. Recently I've been dealing with Nasim who has helped me with lots of different little issues with the flat that Elms manages for me. Nasim has been great. It's very useful to know that there is a team there that's available when I need them.

We have a great experience with Elms. During our 2.5 years of renting we have always felt heard and supported by the agents. Recently we were in contact with Nasim and he was super professional, responsive and quick with anything we needed to ask or any issue with the flat that needed to be dealt with, going an extra mile to make sure all is sorted out asap and all that in a very friendly manner.

Had a really good experience with Elms. Shocked at how smoothly my move in process as been. Erlandas was beyond helpful! Gentleman, easy to get in touch with & prompt responses. Jade the property manager has also been a star & prompt with any property queries. Huge difference to previous experience with landlords & agencies. I'm a happy bunny !
