What a great team at Elwy Estates. They sold my house for full asking price on the first viewing within 20mins. They did the viewing for us and were so articulate to highlight the positives of our house. They stay in contact with us through. We also bought our new house through them and they made sure we were able to view when needed, organise viewings to measure up and organise workman to go in for quotes. They worked really hard for us and pushed solicitors and sellers when needed. A fabulous team. Well done guys.... Read more

One of the best estate agencies out there! As a young professional, moving out and renting for the first time, there were a lot of uncertainties I had, but Elwy has always been extremely supportive and approachable whenever I needed help. Always replied to phone calls and emails promptly and welcomed me with a smile. As a full-time working professional, sometimes it was difficult to arrange a time for inspections and other maintenance visits, but Elwy always tried to work around my schedule, and fit in appointments when most convenient to me. I have been a tenant of Elwy Estates for over 10years and whilst the previous management team was great, since Marti and Lee took over I can only say that the service and support I have received is fabulous. Nothing is any trouble and all enquiries or issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. They engage with me in a fair manner, in the respect of appointments wether that be for maintenance or inspections, allowing a decent time frame to get myself organised. I am also lucky enough to be in the position now to be selling and buying a property both being with Elwy Estates as I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the process. So I can actually vouch in all aspects of the business that Marti, Lee, Katy-Marie and Samantha have such high standards and it’s been amazing to watch them grow as a successful business.
