Chose E&O because of their longevity in the town and hoped they would be reliable, trustworthy, independent etc The service was OK for the money but nothing special tbh. We had to do most of the chasing and one of the partners had written an important phone number down wrong, which resulted in some delay. I get the impression that good houses in Godalming more or less sell themselves so they didn't really need to make too much effort for their 10%. No after sales follow-up or request for feedback either, a shame as this is how to make improvements if necessary. Wouldn't bother with them again although the lady answering the phone was quite pleasant.

I am so glad I chose Emery and Orchard to sell my mother's house and I could not recommend them more highly. The property was not to everyone's tastes but they secured a good offer very quickly. There was a fairly extended period between offer and completion and during this time every query was dealt with with utter professionalism as well as great empathy and understanding at the stressful points!
Particular thanks to Tony and to the rest of his experienced, unpretentious, efficient and friendly team. You all went above and beyond at every point during this sale. The service that Emery and Orchard provide is a great example of what every estate agent should offer.

I cannot recommend the team at Emery and Orchard highly enough, dealing with our house sale with a high degree of professionalism at what was a very challenging time. Jeremy went out of his way to ensure the sale went through smoothly, liaising between the different parties and helping to settle negotiations where our solictors were struggling. I particularly appreciated their honest, non-pushy approach and thorough vetting of purchasers. We are now settled in our new home and are very thankful for all their help in getting us here.
