I have never known a Agent to be so dedicated to keeping on top of a conveyance chain! I received regular calls and updates and it was not necessary for me to call them as I was kept fully informed! Brilliant!

The property market has been very slow in recent months and living a distance from dads (vacant) flat was an additional concern without knowing how long it might be up for sale.
In our case we were able to deal with the same person from the point of initial contact when details were taken through to completion.
Any issues or concerns we had at any stage were turned around quickly (if necessary) but the attention given to the selling process once an offer had been accepted was exceptional.
To ensure the sale remained on track they made calls and enquires over the weeks with all parties in the chain and when available any information passed back without delay and any reassurance if required.
They even visited the flat on our behalf if required.
When we have used an Estate Agent in recent years we have found that they have a conveyance team who take on "the sale” to free up the selling team. I do not like this sort of arrangement.
They were very patient with us and they gave us far less to worry about during what was a very stressful time for all of us.
From me, my family and of course dad many many thanks.
