Louise was absolutely brilliant! I cannot fault the service provided by the team at Preston in any way. They were efficient, communicative and highly professional. I would highly recommend them, I couldn't have been more impressed particularly as you don't hear good reports of estate agents, but that's definitely not the case with Louise and her team! Thanks for everything.

Posting this as a first time buyer. Would just like to say what a great team at the Leyland branch. From start to finish, they have been great with communication, prompt and unreal with my 100s of questions. The whole process has been stress free for us as they have dealt with everything on point.
Francesca has been dealing with our case mainly from the initial viewing to the final process, and words cannot express how thankful we are! Not only friendly, but very quick with responses and dealt with everything for us. She was there when we had questions and never made us feel out of the loop. Thank you once again.
Will definitely be using in the future when their services are needed.

From the very first contact with Abbey we had a great journey with Entwistle Green Allerton. Great initial communication and friendly. We were shown around the property by Nyla who had made sure she had lots of information to share and the all important brochure. Nyla was very accommodating with our list of questions and we never felt pressured to rush. Once we made our offer the team handled this really well considering there was a lot of interest and other offers. They recommend DC law for our conveyance services which I’m always a bit dubious of but they were great too. Once the process started we had great support from Kirsty who provided that link between ourselves, the sellers and all solicitors. We’ve now got the keys and despite the usual panic moments I can honestly say these guys were great throughout. A company is only as good as the people they employ. The team in Allerton are superb. Thank you so much. We love our new house. Tony and Diane.
