The Products are well suited for the purpose intended and also for keeping out wasps and bees. I would have rated then 5 stars except for the fact that one of the plastic screw covers was slightly misshaped. Despite me sending an e-mail asking for a spare packet which I was willing to pay for, I haven't heard from them. So a good product let down by customer service... Read more

DON'T WHATEVER YOU DO DEAL WITH THIS IDIOT. ALL WE WANTED WAS A COPY INVOICE AND WE GOT A WHOLE HOST OF VERBAL ABUSE. HE SAYS HE WORKS ON HIS OWN AND I CAN TELL WHY...HE'S AN OBNOXIOUS CANTANKEROUS IGNORANT BULLY WHO SHOUTS AT LADIES ON THE PHONE BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR AN INVOICE FOR GOODS THEY'VE BOUGHT FROM HIM.....WELL WE WON'T BE BUYING ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS ABSOLUTE IDIOT....!!!!! Marvellous. Very friendly, always ready to discuss rodents problems. Grilles I purchased were sent straight away along side the glue because I am not a diy type person so they will be glued on the bricks. Rodents tend to be mice and as soon as the weather is better would vacate the property, the mice I got did not even touched my cockatiels seeds (and yes I know that), I presume they tried to escape my new neighbour cats. Mice can be very destructive but killing them is not going to erradiate the problem, one needs to first put food outside so they all come out (simply because some of them will not take the bait), then block all the possible entries....
