Iam a landlady and its the second time l have asked Estate East agent to look for another tenant for my property. The whole process was prompt efficient and l was kept informed throughout the whole process.
I have again lovely tenants and l would recommend eastate east agent to landlords.

We wanted to buy a 1bed flat. Viewing and offer stages went well. After that, I've spent 7 months waiting for the sale process to progress, unfortunately the sale didn't go through. The vendor and the estate agents 'forgot' to tell us that there were 15k of outstanding charges on the property due to maintenance works to be done: we discovered it at the very last minute thanks to the council. No negotiation was accepted by the vendor.
Total lack of interest on the part of real estate agents throughout the overall process. So sad.

We have had a fantastic experience selling our house in Leyton through Estates East. Charlie and his team have been efficient, highly communicative and supportive throughout the process. Compared to our previous experiences of other agents in Leyton, Estates East are far more organised, and much more experienced. We would highly recommend them.

Best experience for renting we've had. Amazing customer service from Isabella and Jade from arranging the viewing to picking up the keys they've been super efficient and available to answer any questions and super helpful. Estate agents always get a bad wrap but I couldn't recommend the team at Estates East enough.

Had a great experience buying a house from Estates East. Would give particularly high praise for Sales Negotiator Ciara Price who navigated a small bidding war with fairness and less aggression or hype than we experienced with some other E17 agents! If you are looking in the Walthamstow area Ciara would be a good person to speak to and then if EE can find you a property they have a great team to help progress the sale along at pace too. Highly recommended.

We have purchased our first property with Estates East and we were overall very happy with them. They have a friendly team, they are very organised and they have very good telephone manners (unlike most Estates Agents we had to deal with in the past!). We felt that we were treated in a respectful way and we will not hesitate to get in touch with them if we move again in the future. The only small point that I could make is that the sales progression team can be a bit slow to answer emails and that we had to chase a couple of times. That's all.

Helpful, efficient and friendly! I've used Estates 17 services a few times now, as a landlord, and they always find me excellent tenants. Neil is a really nice bloke and his staff are nice too and I'm usually not a huge fan of estate agents. I really do recommend them.

(as buyer, not seller) The sales team are super friendly, really professional, and eager to help, but the sales progression team are pretty useless. They passed on messages (eventually) but did little proactive to move the sale forward.
