We rented a property from Estates and Avenues for the past 18 months. Mari and the team are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. When ever there were any maintenance issues somebody was sent out the same day to rectify them. The check in and check out process was very efficient. No issues with the deposit being returned which was done very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Threatening company, avoid it 100%
All the 5 stars reviews are landlords not clients. Just look at the reply from the owner you can see their attitude. The head woman is horrible, they talk loudly and has been very rude including giving proper attitude, when you talk back, she just claimed you yelled at them. All they want is money. ????????????????

Horrible place, rude staff to international students, landlords are scammers, kept trying to scam for more money and take advantage from international students, don’t know what the landlord has done, the bills of the flat was £600 for a month when there is no one in the house in that month, dodgy landlord, dodgy agent. When you move out they try to get you to pay cleaning fees when it’s already clean. May have to go through legal services or take it to the court for it.

Very unprofessional & desperate! ????
Stay away!!!
They are lovely and welcoming during the viewing but once you sign the contract, you will see their true colours.
My move in & out of their house was extremely stressful.????
The property was dusty and with rubbish in different corners and overgrown garden when I moved in which I had to sort out all by myself.
Moving out of a property shouldn’t be a problem but they kept requesting for viewing during my tenancy and taking pictures at my absence.
They find a way to collect some of your deposit after your tenancy ends even though they don’t do their full due diligence during the tenancy.
One of their staff MARI in particular is so rude and unprofessional. She kept sneaking into the property and moving my own properties, and would also take pictures even before scheduled appointments. No respect for people at all!
During the last meeting, she didn’t allow me speak, saying she doesn’t have time to argue & urgently requested for the keys.
Now she is using those pictures she took at my absence as proof that the property needs a cleaning decor.
So thirsty for people’s money. At least offer a good service, then it will be worth it.
This is just a candid advice, if you truly love your peace of mind, I would honestly not recommend!

After you sign they ignore emails and barely answer their office phone. They show up without communication and can be rude when speaking to you.

Extremely poor communication, fake Google reviews, very rude to customers, ignore your calls and e-mails after you sign and pay. Would highly advise to stay clear of this agency.

I had a really positive experience renting with Estates and Avenues. Mari and Stevie are always incredibly friendly and helpful, and respond to questions etc very quickly. Would happily recommend :)
