Where to start… These guys have been absolutely amazing, especially Michael who headed up the sale and purchase of our new house.
It all started great when I called to book a viewing, they came to let us in literally two afters after closing time which myself and the other half were over the moon with. Michael could tell we fell in love with the house but wasn’t pushing the sale at all. Left us to think about it all and to come back in our own time. Being first time buyers, you can only imagine the amount of questions I had, Michael was always available to answer these. He stayed late on multiple occasions just for us and after we had our offer accepted was more than happy to come to the house so we could get measurements and even show our friends and family (this was just to gauge their reactions to see if they thought we were buying the right house). He really didn’t have to use his own fuel or time doing this but he just wanted to make sure we were comfortable. I really could not thank Etheridge Estates and Michael enough for all of their help and I will be sure to contact them in future if buying or selling.
