Their alarm goes off frequently all through the night, sometimes in the very early hours of the morning. It is terribly loud and gives me migraines. It wakes me and my family up through the night and causes sleep deprivation. I've tried calling but it always goes to voice mail. PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR ALARM.
