Officeless. They seem to me to operate from the local Pub. They do not have an office. That explains that, based on high background noise and the level of low common sense, when I spoke to them they seem to me that they operate directly from the local pub. Also explains the psychodrama of their unprofessional behaviour. My recommendation is to find yourself a estate agent with an office as this one seems to me to operate from the local pub. Nothing wrong I guess with running the business from the pub, it could be convenient for meals and drinks, I guess, but not for my personal professional standard. I guess it is another type of business, for another type of people. Not better or worse, just different.

I can't recommend Neil & Ewa highly enough.
They are a great team. Both really enjoy what they do & are very good at every aspect of the job.
I had spoken to quite a few estate agents but as soon as I spoke to Neil I knew I had found the right one.
He is caring & considerate but not in any way pushy.
I felt completely supported all the way through. He was always easy to get hold of & happy to guide or give advice when asked for.
Also Neil's secret weapon is he is a fantastic negotiator & still keeps integrity.

I've just completed the sale of a one bedroom flat in central Hove and the whole process with EweMove was faultless.
From the moment I met Neil he filled me with confidence that he could achieve his valuation (much higher than I was expecting) and he delivered on his promise!

By far, the best agents I’ve ever had the pleasure of being looked after by. My whole tenancy was so stress free thanks to Neil and team who always went above and beyond. Any issues were always dealt with swiftly, and there was never any of the usual stress that seems so common with other Brighton estate agents

Faultless, reassuring, incredibly responsive, cheerful, nothing was ever a problem. Kept waiting for it all to get stressful and it never did which is quite a thing. Three cheers and hurrah for Neil Beglin. Can't recommend highly enough.

Recently moved out of a lovely property at Hove managed by Neil and his team. Great experience overall, from viewing the property at the start, managing issues during the tenancy and checking out. Neil and his team was responsive, friendly and fair. We had our deposit back in a timely manner and check out report was accurate. Would recommend to people looking to rent at Brighton & Hove area.

Me and a flatmate have been renting a property from Ewemove in Hove since October 2020 and are in the process of moving out; we have been good tenants who have never been late with rent, never had any complaints from fellow tenants in the building, and we have always stayed in touch with Ewemove to report any maintenance that the property needed.
Upon moving out we have received extremely condescending emails from our letting agent about the “cleanliness” of the flat and threats to take away our security deposit (which is over a months worth of rent) in order to have it “professionally cleaned”. Considering the state in which the flat was given to us (not professionally cleaned) I would highly recommend avoiding using Ewemove as a letting agent; we are currently experiencing a very hard move-out with a letting agent who will go to lengths to take as much money from us as possible without proper justification.

We came to EweMove after having difficulty selling our flat. We had our flat on the market with one of the leading estate agents in Brighton and Hove....3 months later and with only a few viewings we were frustrated and feeling quite down about our prospects with getting our new place. We met Neil from EweMove at a house viewing and immediately got a really good vibe from him. We decided to move over to them and in the space of a weekend new pics were taken and the profile was up. Cut to just 2 weeks later we had a buyer offering asking price. The whole team at EweMove were fab - Neil, Sharon and Hillary came prepared and gained us loads of interest in the flat. We were getting updates on a Sunday - practically unheard of from other estate agents! We don't plan on moving anytime soon but would certainly go with EweMove again and recommend them to our friends/family!

Neil Beglin at EweMove are the best agents that I have used in years. Have recently completed on the sale of a flat in Hove. Neil found me a purchaser at a much higher proce than I had expected. The sale went through without any problems. This is the second sale the Neil has dealt with for me. A genuine 5 star service.

Neil did an excellent job of selling our house. As soon as we instructed Ewemove, he was round taking photos. Once we accepted an offer, he warned us there’d be bumps in the road and there were, but his regular contact and positive manner kept the process moving forward. Sometimes you wonder if estate agents are worth the fee. Neil certainly is. I’d highly recommend!
