I sold my flat with Kevin and he was excellent. He has a very nice manner about him - friendly, professional, well informed and trustworthy. I never felt like I was getting the hard sell or put under pressure (as I did with the other agents I approached) and his pricing was also the most competitive. He even gave me some really useful advice on making an offer on the place I went on to buy (in another part of the country). He got lots of viewings booked in and planned them carefully. He always answered his phone, or called back within minutes when he couldn't answer it. He dealt with the solicitors when needed as well, being very diplomatic and keeping things moving forwards at the crucial and very stressful final stages!
