They say lightening doesn't strike twice but oh boy any dealings you have with Rebecca Renson-Smith proves that wrong. This is the second property she has sold for me, she is dynamic at her job. Photographs are excellent and thoughtfully assembled. Wordage is perfect , not too long so as too loose your interest, but descriptive and exact. She herself is friendly and polite, respectful with out being obsequious. She sets things out to a very acceptable level and considers her markets well, arriving at a achievable price. Viewers are not long in requesting a viewing , so what is it about this lady that attracts such wide level of the public.
