Outstanding service and actually saved my property sale!! If you are unsure on what local estate agent to choose in the Grantham, Ewemove are the people for the job. I had 3 valuations from 3 different agents, including ewemove however at the time i chose to proceed with Connells. This was a big mistake. After a catalogue of issues with them, i reached out to ewesome again who were just amazing to get my house properly marketed and effectively work with local buyers and wider. so much more than any other agent did.
We had a few difficulties along the way with my property but Rachel Childs was amazing at smoothing over for my buyer. A stressful situation occurred which could have lost my buyer, but she really did an amazing job to ensure all parties were happy. From offer to completion, the whole process was outstanding. Rachel will literally whatsapp reply at 9pm on a sunday to give updates etc or whenever you need her. If you want a truely friendly but professional service, they really are worth every penny.

During the different times we have all faced during Covid, we weren't looking at buying let alone selling. A property we have previously viewed was back on the housing market & the only way to view was to have ours on too.
My hubby connected Helen, from our initial meeting she was honest, which we loved, knowledgeable and very professional.
We followed all of her advice, which was invaluable after being in the same house for 15+ years, wham bam, our 4 bed detached home was sold in less than 1 week.
Helen did all the viewings, our house went live on the Sunday, by Wednesday she had 10 bookings.
We would honestly recommend Helen @ Ewe Move 100%

Great service and support. First time for me renting a property that had previously been my very much loved home so I wanted support from a legal, process and compliance perspective. Nervous about having a letting agent due to reading so many negative reviews, I found positive reviews about Helen and the Ewemove team. After contacting Helen, I haven't looked back. I was fully informed on all the responsibilities I have, those that Helen has and those of the tennant. I was completely supported in ensuring my property was compliant to rent. We discussed in detail the tennants I wanted and the terms and conditions. Once rented, I was always kept up to date, problems were addressed quickly, my view was considered as well as the tennant which was really key for me. Helen and I would often disucss the right thing to do which was really refreshing. I have always felt that Helen's interest support both the landlord and the tennant. Helen provides a fantastic service with regular updates and advice. As I don't live locally, I would have really struggled. Thanks Helen!!

Helen was a pleasure to work with and sold our house with the minimum of fuss.Her communication was spot on and we were kept up to date and informed at all times. What we liked about the Ewe Move service was the fact that everything was carried out by the same person (Helen!) from the initial valuation through to the photography,listing,viewings and final offers process. All of this went towards providing prospective buyers with a well informed and enthusiastic approach to viewings and final sale of the property. Cant recommend Helen (or EweMove) highly enough. Helen is truly fabulous at her job. Cannot recommend highly enough. Complete professional, really knows the market, supportive and in constant contact throughout the process. Love that Helen also conducts the viewings, think this is a big plus when selling.
