Upon viewing, Victoria clearly knew the ins and outs of the property, stage of probate and state of freehold. Any questions we had she was able to answer. She communicated with us, vendor and solicitors regularly, updating us all on progress of the sale. 7 weeks and 2 days in total which we were delighted with given the previous 12 months we had been waiting for another to go through. On completion day Vitcoria greeted me with a bottle of wine and EweMove gift pack. She seemed genuinely pleased for us and interested in plans we have for the property. I have spoken with vendor since and they also speak very highly of Victoria and the whole process. The forsale signs popping up in Barton speak for her reputation.
