Fantastic experience with Neil at EweMove. My first time selling a property and he guided me through the whole process and was able to introduce me to key people that I required to enable my sale/purchase. No hidden agendas with Neil, he didn't try to push anything on me or up sell, told me things straight and was open and honest throughout. Very easy to get hold of Neil and great communications. Neil did a really excellent job! Our sale was more complicated than most, and the solicitor was mostly more trouble than help, but Neil was professional, efficient, and tenacious throughout. With his assistance we sold the house for a good price and as quickly as was realistic. Based on this I would strongly recommend Neil and EweMove

I can highly recommend Neil at EweMove. I was selling a property that was going through probate, and although this was a difficult time, Neil made everything as straightforward as possible. Following the property being listed, and viewings organised, Neil kept me updated with all offers and the current situation of each buyer, and I accepted an offer on the house within a couple of days! Neil was always available to answer any questions I had, and he did a brilliant job at keeping me informed as to where things were up to. Within two months the house was sold! Thanks again Neil!

Neil at EweMove who managed the sale of our property was absolutely fantastic. From the moment he met us to discuss the market price of our home to the day of completion - he was always just a phone call or a text message away. Neil took some excellent photographs and videos to market our property and arranged an open day that ensured it was under offer within a week. EweMove’s rates were reasonable and the process was very simple. Reliable, attentive and punctual - but most importantly an all round good person. Highly recommended. Thank you Neil!

I had an immediate rapport with Neil. He was very straight and I did not get the big sales pitch from him just an honest two way discussion on what I wanted and what he could do. EweMove was one of three Agencies I considered.
His initial marketing and photographs and description (complimented by my neighbours and friends) was excellent and he included items I wanted to highlight with the property - negative and positive.
We had a constant dialogue and put the house live on Rightmove on a Wednesday evening in December to meet the Rightmove Boxing Day viewing peak. However we set up 4 viewings within a couple of days of the listing and received 4 Offers from each of the 4 viewings. We declined anymore enquiries and viewing requests and went to Best and Final Offers with a 48 hour timescale. Neil provided me with profiles - personal and financial - of each of the interested parties and a decision was made based on full information, rather than just the highest offer.
A fantastic personal service that I hoped for but it exceeded all my expectations. Friends and neighbours will no doubt be contacting Neil if/when they decide to sell.

Neil at Ewemove showed us around a couple of properties and from the moment we met him, he was Professional, personable, friendly, extremely helpful and just brilliant. We've appreciated all the time he's given us in helping us decide about our first home. He honestly has been fab. From answering emails and sending messages with answers to our constant questions, he really went the extra mile - nothing was too much for him. We were a bit apprehensive about house hunting/buying during a pandemic, but Neil at EweMove put us at ease from our very first phone call. He was very professional and quick to reply to queries from the very first viewing, all the way through to completion day. He went above and beyond on a few occasions, including helping us find a surveyor quickly when we were having trouble. We're now in our forever home and so won't have need of an estate agent again, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend Neil and EweMove Ainsdale to family and friends.

We spoke to a number of different Estate Agents when looking to sell our house in Ainsdale. Neil at EweMove stood out above all providing great knowledge of the area and market, nice attention to detail and worked really hard to ensure the property was marketed well and understood the competition and benefits to our property, he was always on hand to show the property and thorough at following up, and getting questions answered quickly. Even in these difficult times, Neil was great at negotiating through the challenges, managing the sales process and chain and ensuring it all moved ahead as smoothly as possible. Highly recommended if you are looking to sell your house in the area, did a great job for us!
