We had a few challenges along the way due to an initial difficult potential buyer which was superbly managed by Julie and the situation was swiftly resolved. We re-marketed the property and thanks again to Julie we quickly sold it, and as a bonus even managed to attain a better price. I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough.

Had a great experience with Julie at the Waterloo branch! On top of being a very professional estate agent, she was extremely caring and personable which made communication really easy. We went through a bit of a rollercoaster with our house sale - the first buyers backed out due to some bank issues. But soon after the house went back on the market we had a second buyer in no time. There were some bumps along the way (as expected) but with Julie’s expertise we closed the deal! The whole process was definitely made easier by having Julie on our side. She truly goes above and beyond to help out no matter what the situation is. I wholeheartedly recommend her services for anyone seeking a reliable and honest estate agent. Thanks Julie :)

We came across Julie Purley by chance. She was the last of 11 agents we had round to sell our home and we are so glad we found her.
Julie came into our house and told us exactly what we needed to do to sell our house. From clearing away clutter to setting up the dining table and outdoor seating area. Even down to how the pillows lay on the bed. Julie is the absolute best at what she does and when we come to sell again in the future we will 100% have her back. She even got us just under 10k more than we expected for the property. So all in all it was a very good experience working with her.
