Ben at EweMove, without overstating anything, deserves the Nobel peace prize for services to estate agency. The man has patience and dedication beyond measure. He cares, he keeps in touch, and simply does not stop working for you.
Our house sale was exceptionally stressful but Ben knew everything before I did, was on top it, and was relentless in the pursuit of solutions in a way that is only comparable to Robert Patrick's T-1000.
If I move again there is not a shadow of doubt that I will come back to Ben to make it again.

He organised an excellent photographer for our house listing photos, facilitated and carried out all of our viewings, answered all of our queries very promptly and honestly, provided advice on the purchase of our onward property and was extremely proactive in liaising with solicitors and other agents in order for our sale and purchase to be completed as smoothly as possible. Ben has been absolutely fantastic since we instructed him. Really clear communication (and made so much easier by just dealing with one very knowledgeable person for everything!) throughout and very honest and clearly thinking about the best interests of his customers rather than himself in suggesting not to reduce the price when others may have done to secure their fee! I think the reason I think Ben is a great estate agent is precisely because he absolutely isn’t like your standard estate agent! Great to have someone who actually cares.

We recently purchased a property and sold our own through EweMove. We first found out about EweMove by visiting one of their listings. We had nearly placed our own property on the market with a different estate agent but we soon changed our minds when we met Ben at EweMove. He made us feel very at ease and simplified every part of the process for us, nothing was too much trouble for Ben and being added to a group chat between us made any problems / queries we needed sorting a breeze. He was available pretty much 24/7. He chased up solicitors for us and did all the work you dread doing during a house move.
He was also very helpful on the day of the move and has since stayed in contact to check up on us .
We will definitely be using Ben and EweMove again in the future.

After having my property valued by various agents, Ewemove was a bit of a wild card but I was very impressed and decided to use Ben. The property was valued fairly and accurately, images taken were good quality and all viewings were arranged and conducted by Ben, we didn’t ever need to chase feedback this was always provided promptly. Once an offer was accepted, progression updates were provided weekly and accurate, again never needed to chase these up. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ben again and certainly recommended.
