I would like to thank Excel Locations Ltd., for helping me find a great flat on Romford Road in an excellent location.
Special thanks to Aneesha and the whole team, who were incredibly quick and friendly in assisting me throughout the process.
I requested for the house to be painted before moving in, and they promptly took care of it. They even replaced the old, worn-out carpet with a new one, which I truly appreciated. When I had some issues with the shower, they got it fixed right away without any hassle.
I highly recommend Excel Locations Ltd. to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful agency.

File a complain 1 month ago still no response !! can you imagine? They can take your rent money each month but wouldn't bother spending a penny on fixing something you complained about.as if it is not human who live there but bunch of cattles who don't deserve living in a good house free of problems.

Disappointed !!! I am a very fair tenant. They (the agency, the landlord) do not respect their tenants. I have been waiting for a long time to solve a problem and THEY DO NOTHING (many messages sent) I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
