Id like to give 5* ratings to one of fab homes maintenance team worker Anjay. Hes come out several times to my property for repairs and has always done outstanding works and leave the problem solved! Could not be any happier with having him come to sort out any issues ive had or may have in future. Also one of fab homes worker Ashleigh who I regularly contact regarding the property has always gone above and beyond in helping all my problems I've had in this property. Huge thanks to her. Avoid this company at all costs! I’ve been emailing Udai for nearly 2 months now as we have growing black mold and hes said he will order us dehumidifiers. Nearly 2 months and where is it??? We are unable to sleep in the bedrooms because of the mold and smell. Nothing has been done but only we have been blamed for not ‘airing’ the property lol typical agents. Emailed him personally no reply and called the office multiple times only to be told he’s out the office or in meetings every time. AVOID AVOID AVOIDDD!!!! You will get no response when you are dealing with things that need to be sorted out asap. you will constantly be told lies.... Read more

I have stayed at an accomodation in North London managed by FabHomes for about a year. Everyone at FabHomes as been exceptionally responsive and friendly. The rent prices are relatively cheap for london when you compare with other agencies and the they offered 2-3 times a week cleaning service which made sure that the premises were always in good condition. Special thanks to Jitesh and Joanna for looking after me during my stay. Would definitely recommend contacting them to anyone looking for accomodation in London.... Read more

I spent more than 3 years living in a home in north London managed by Fabhomes and I can only say good words about them. Very professional agency, they always answered to my emails in short time, the housekeeper always come 2 or 3 times a week.
