We had a very positive experience working with John D Wood from start to finish. Our agent, James Mooney, was especially patient with us, ensuring we were able to negotiate dates, times and changes we requested and being highly personable throughout. I would highly recommend them against some of the other agents in the area.

We have to say the level of service at this estate agent is above and beyond anything we have experienced before, absolute 10/10! The most helpful staff going, James helped us with everything we were concerned about from start to finish ensuring we were happy all the way through. Best of all we were struggling to get all our belongings to the top floor so James offered to meet us out of office hours to load all of ur things up the stairs to the 3rd floor. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

My husband and I rent a flat through from Faron Sutaria Estate Agency. James Mooney was the letting negotiator who helped us with the documents, flat viewing and the contract. So far, we really liked his service (as well as the others employees), which was really professional and efficient. Hopefully our check out will be as effective as our check in. A good experience in general. Yes, I paid a bit more than some other estate agents but the flow of viewers and marketing I received for this was a benefit to at least be considered. We had a dedicated estate agent, Robert Jones, who was assigned to us and he was great. Got to know the property well, could easily highlight the benefits of the area and got on with all the viewers who could always be heard having a good time.
