I have dealt with Faron Sutaria (which was acquired by John D. Wood) for renting a flat in SW London. Toby from the Fulham office has been really excellent in sorting everything out, Rita was amazing for management related issues etc. All in all, best agency by far I had the pleasure dealing with during my 5 year stint in London. As a first time buyer, I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from Lisa at Mann. While other agents we had used were pushy in trying to sell their properties and often not arriving to viewings on time, Lisa was very professional in the way she carried out the viewing. She gave us plenty of time and space to look at the property, but was at hand to answer any questions we had. Once our offer was accepted, she kept in regular contact and no question was ever too much. Andrew also gave very good advice when we needed to chase our mortgage application with our lender.
