A professional and dedicated team that went more than the extra mile. They were available to contact any time of the day and would respond to emails within minutes. The collaborative approach to building the advert was outstanding, and we had a say in how the pictures looked to the wording of the description. Many years ago, I worked with Stuart in the teaching profession, we lost contact along the way as we both achieved educational success elsewhere. When I realised he’d retrained as an estate agent with Claire, I contacted him as we intended to move. They gave us excellent advice on the best way to sell our property, providing many tips which we hadn’t even considered; they then took a look at the property we intended to buy and offered additional market price information. In addition to this, Stuart and Claire gave us an alternative perspective, by providing financial figures to the possibility of renting our current property and thus potentially making a long term investment. Great personal service! Very prompt, personable & to the point. None of this leading you up the garden path with all sorts of promises, only to let you down, or tying you into extended contracts with long notice periods, like other less capable estate agents need to do, in order to keep your business once you've realised how rubbish they are. Oh and an added bonus, they're cheaper than practically everyone else :D I have done & would recommend FarrellWalton to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.... Read more
