No hot water or heating for over a week. Reported a window security issue, still heard nothing 8 days later despite me chasing it. Took the guy handling it 4 days to realise our boiler was under warranty so they couldn't do anything and will be ten days without when anyone finally can fix it. And that's assuming Fennwright got it right and sent them the correct information for them to fix otherwise could be waiting even longer. Can't do washing, costing us a fortune using a little heater and boiling kettles to bathe and wash up. Absolutely shocking. They've been poor in the past but this is ridiculous and illegal. Disgusting.... Read more
