I found both Paul and Sam very professional to deal with and they kept me abreast of developments without having to chase for updates. Their advice was good and accurate which I feel helped achieve the sale in a very reasonable timescale. When we approached the exchange phase of the process and felt the Buyer's solicitor was taking a little longer than necessary, Fenton Board were proactive in the situation and saved what was projecting to be a further 2 to 3 weeks.
