Louise at Ferris & Co has been absolutely amazing in helping us progress in our property search and really taking the time to understand our needs and tell us the important things about a property that other agents simply wouldn't. The property we have viewed was true to the photos on the listing, as was the description, and contact throughout has been fantastic - asking questions of the vendor and coming back really quickly. I rented my house out through Ferris and Co for 3 years and then finally sold it through them. I have been so pleased with the care and attention they have given to all aspects of my business with them. I always received great advice from the Lettings team (Justine in particular) whenever I needed it. Later, the transfer between Lettings and Sales was seamless. The sale had a few unforeseen pitfalls along the way and the staff at Ferris kept me in the loop throughout (Theresa in particular) and worked hard to get things back on track in record time. I could not be more pleased with all they have done and the excellent service they have provided.
