From the very first phone call to them all those years ago regarding renting our house out, they've given us exceptional service and advice. They are all incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We asked Fidelis for help to market a property we had for sale in Bath. Mark provided very sensible advice ( compared to some other local agents) and this resulted in a good number of enquiries and an offer above our target price within a. short space of time. Very professional dealings thereafter, being kept informed as things progressed. No hesitation in recommending them.

Arrogant call when trying to arrange a viewing. I think i was speaking with the branch manager and he spoke to me like I was poo on his shoe. He wasn't friendly and gave the impression he wasnt even interested really in letting me view unless i could prove I had hundreds of thousands in the bank as he didnt want to waste my time. I am wanting to sell my property and wouldnt ever dream of getting in touch now.

In my many years dealing with estate agents, Fidelis was by far the worst. I have contacted Fidelis multiple times (happy to provide proof) in regards to a property that has been on the market for three weeks now, and was prohibited from viewing by artificially limiting the viewings of the property based purely on their first come first serve policy instead of proper qualifications of buyers.
The impact this must have on the final price achieved by the clients as well as the buyers experience is significant.
Luckily they are not the only estate agent in bath, and I can only advise anyone, if you want to sell your house, choose literally anyone else, unless you are fine settling for bad service and a low sales price.

Can happily recommend Fidelis estate agents. We sold and purchased our new home through Fidelis. Its was a difficult transaction with a number of hurdles, but due to Patrick and Mark's hard work, we got it over the line. I chose Fidelis over 2 other local agents because their valuation of the property was higher. I actually sold it for £15,000.00 above the other valuations! I cannot fault their attention to detail, keeping me informed as I live 200 miles away, and always available and helpful on the phone. This was by far the best dealing ever with any estate agent. I highly recommend them for every step of the journey.

My sale was an emotional one, as it was selling my childhood home of 54 years, after losing Mum and Dad. Patrick gave the correct advice and we marketed at a price which created great interest, with 25 viewings in 3 days and 11 offers, we went to best and finals. Working together we choose the right buyers. The whole process was hassle free, communications was great all the way through, I couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic estate agents, great local knowledge, friendly but professional staff, without the usual pushy sales approach. Buying a house through the Fidelis office in Bath was painless. We've bought multiple houses over the years and had to deal with some shoddy estate agents, I can wholeheartedly say that the team at Fidelis are the exception to the rule. They couldn't do more to help accommodate our needs. Highly recommended. 5 *
