Findleys of Cooden manages the block of flats in which my mother lives and which has always been fraught with problems. Recently, and for the first time from any managing agent, a dedicated block manager, Glenn Taylor, has been appointed. Glenn is extremely responsive and hard working. He is unfailingly courteous and very persistent in trying to sort out recurrent long running problems. It’s good to know someone is determined to improve things.
