Just sold my house using George David, the team were great. I dealt with James and Phillip, both very friendly, proactive and communicative. They were also very reassuring at every step, which was really appreciated. Should I need to move in the future I wouldn't hesitate in using George David again.

Rang regarding flats was promised a ring back, but I had to ring them. I was then told information about the flat not correct. Stated on Rightmove that they were ground floor, but they weren't.

Mainly dealt with Gary and Phil but found the whole team at George David super helpful.
Gary was very knowledgable on the area when he showed us round the house and found Phil was always really responsive and honest and kept us updated whilst we were in the middle of a difficult chain! Many thanks!

George David were amazing from start to finish. Very professional, patient and helpful in getting our house sold. Phil was outstanding in his help to getting things sorted in the chain and to always let me know straight away what was going on. Richard was the agent who sold the house and was also really professional in his approach to us and to selling the house. I will definitely be referring George David to any of my friends who need to move.

I have found all the staff at George David extremely helpful, understanding and professional. Their approach is not pushy or pressurised; it is very much that they want to help their clients sell their property for the best price and secure the right property.
Their marketing is excellent. I very much like the fact that they offer a virtual tour and that the photos are very professional.
The knowledge of the local market is second to none and that is really valuable in an industry which fluctuates constantly.
I would highly recommend George David.
Richard is extremely knowledgeable and professional and went out of his way, not only in terms of the sale of my property but in advising me on my property search throughout the process. Richard's very personable and helpful manner is an asset to him and ensures that he is able to smooth the process for the vendor and the buyer. I think it's easy to underestimate quite how much diplomacy is involved in dealing with different personalities and ensuring that a successful sale is achieved, especially in a volatile market where both vendors and buyers are likely to change their mind.
Trust in an estate agent is an important quality. I thoroughly trust Richard and the team at George David to achieve the best for their clients.

I purchased my house with George David, so when it was time to sell, I contacted them for an evaluation and advice. The sales manager who helped me putting the house on the market was really very good, and they managed to sell the house at the asking price in three days. So far it would have been 5 star review, and my wife and I were enthusiastic of George David and their efficiency. However, then the problems started: first we were assigned to a man called Mark who was rude and with whom I had an argument at the very first phone call, as he was patronising. Then, it turned out that our file was passes to another person, Paul, who possibly does not even work at George David… the first clue was him referring to George David as “your estate agency”… anyway, Paul was difficult to reach because he wasn’t working at the estate agency and his mobile was often unavailable. In spite of having stated quite clearly to George David that since both us and our sellers were keen on moving as soon as possible, it took from June up to November to finally complete. While the agency from which we have bought our new home has been in constant contact with me, and while I have worked proficiently and hard with the other agency to speed up the process that seemed stuck for various neglect, I did not have the same communication and the same effectiveness from George David, and once completed, I was sad I had to pay George David, rather than the other agency, as the other estate agent really worked for his fare, while George David didn’t really do much after the offer was received. Thinking of how bad the experience was, I would have given 1 stars, but since they managed to sell the house in 3 days, which was anyway at least 4 stars, I have evened up and gone for 2 stars overall.

From the moment we had our property valued through to completion we experienced excellent communication from 'George David Estate Agents' and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest agent with very competitive fees. Richard Pratt was fantastic in all respects - honest and completely transparent - genuinely nice guy who even called us weeks after we had moved to wish us well and hoped we'd settled in to our new home.
