Horrendous, patronising customer service - don’t expect a call back if you’re looking to view or buy, don’t expect an apology and definitely don’t provide feedback to that effect. Do expect to be schooled on the elitism of the other buyers, do expect aggression, do expect to put to trial over you claims. Really disappointing and unexpected.

We would recommend Patrick Downey and the team at Fine & Country to anyone selling property. Patrick carried out the initial valuation for us and guided us the whole way through. It turned out to be a very complex and lengthy process with many unexpected twists and turns as offers came and went and technical problems got in the way. None of these issues were anything to do with Fine & Country, but Patrick calmly and steadfastly saw it through to a successful completion and went over and above the line of duty along the way. We are especially grateful for the occasions when we needed his help and he responded out of his normal working hours. Thank you once again Patrick!

We were lucky enough to find our dream property via the Ross-on-Wye branch of Fine and Country. It was the end of a long journey of house viewings over many counties in the west of England. The team at the Ross-on-Wye branch were exemplary. From our initial viewing with Ceri to being met at the property by Patrick on the day we moved in, all of our interactions were very friendly and professional. Ceri was really good fun; we really enjoyed that first viewing. Patrick went above and beyond on our moving-in day by waiting at the property late into the evening to welcome us to our new home after a long drive across country from our previous home. As buyers, we couldn't ask for more.
I think the seller should be happy too. The advertising materials for the house were very high end. F&C really do show off their properties to their best. I don't expect we will ever sell our dream home, but if we were to, then we would be using Fine and Country in Ross-on-Wye for sure.
