We've experienced Rochills lettings team from both sides, having been tenants for a Rochills managed property for three years and then a few years later finding ourselves as "accidental landlords" they managed our property while we were absent. In both cases they were excellent. Faults and maintenance were dealt with promptly and professionally. I’m really glad I used Rochills Estate Agent to buy my new house and I have to say Craig was truly exceptional in our home buying process in terms of making sure we were well informed and everything going well. Craig was ALWAYS available to answer any question and his responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always made sure to call back once available. Seriously. I purchased a house that had some extra legal works so it wasn’t a straightforward deal but Craig was always on top of things and provided useful information every step of the way. Craig will work with you to make your desires a reality and he is also very well versed at dealing with Solicitors. His cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence he would get the job done, even when it was taking a bit more time than normal (due to the extra legal works) – and he did!
