I have just exchanged on my four bedroom apartment in Chswick. The Chiswick branch on Turnham Green Terrace managed the sale process. My place is post-industrial and not really family orientated so I needed an agency who could bring non-trditional buyers. Within a couple of weeks and with strong interest (the photographers photos of my flat & presentation were particularly outstanding)I had an offer at the asking price and less than three months later we are heading to completion. Fine and Country came with a very strong reputation and exceeded my expectation.
Friendly, helpful, and looked out for their client’s interest when things got delayed. I had a feeling that I was more then just a number to them, they really cared.
I had an excellent experience with Fine and Country. Mrs Alice , the Head of Administration was absolutely amazing – she responded on the spot to all my questions and requests and was extremely efficient and accommodating.

Harry and Alice were fully dedicated and did fantastic work. We had some good and sometimes tricky moments during the sale process, and they handled everything calmly and skillfully. In today's market, which is unfavourable for sellers, we have achieved a decent result.

Fine and Country were the estate agents who sold us our house in Ealing. I can't speak highly enough of them: they're a family business, and it shows in the way they look after people. They made everything completely clear and straightforward, ensured that the terms were fair both to the sellers and to us, and did everything to move the process along both before and after we exchanged. They put us in touch with excellent surveyors and other experts, and supported us through the complications of being part of a long chain. I hope that we won't be moving for a long time, but, if and when we do, we will definitely ask them to act for us. Meanwhile, I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone in need of an estate agent now. Fine & Country Chiswick recently help us achieve over asking price on our property in Shepherds Bush and we could not have been happier with the service we received. The initial process was clearly explained, Harry put together a stunning brochure which showed the house in the best possible light and lined up more viewings than we thought were possible, he was excellent and was always there if we had any questions and to keep us up to date with progress. Once we accepted the offer Alice took over and was incredible, she kept pushing all parties along though the buying process and was on top of every detail. She could not have made getting the sale over the line an easier for us. A huge thank you to the whole team, I would highly recommend.

I first met Daniel when I needed to have my deceased sister’s house valued for probate, which he did for free. I did tell him that I would consider using Fine & Country to sell the house when the time was right. At no time did he ‘hassle me’ in an attempt to get me to sell but waited for me to contact him when I was ready.
I have to say that even though the house is in a prime location in Chiswick it needed a total overhaul and I was suprised that he felt the house would sell at the original valuation.
Daniel arranged an ‘open house’ and had something like 20 viewings over the weekend. On the Monday he had had a number of firm offers and by Wednesday, a sale price, slightly below the asking price, had been agreed with the eventual buyer.
Alice then took over and apart from having to fill out a few forms and answer a few emails, Alice made it such a painless process to complete the sale.
To say that I was happy with Fine & Country is putting it mildly. From start to finish everything was handled in such a professional manner. I was extremely pleased with the service they provided and I would happily use them again.

In particular the assistance of Alice, who is responsible for expediting the legal process and communicating between all parties, was appreciated especially as I am new to the conveyancing process in the UK. Alice kept me informed every step of the way and eased my worries if they arose!

Dan and Alice and their team at Fine and Country were absolutely fantastic in assisting us in our purchase.
Dan was super accommodating of last minute viewings so my family could also see the house while Alice was an absolute powerhouse of efficiency, helping to chase our whole chain through the process to get the sale to completion. I honestly thought we wouldn't get over the line without her!
It was also lovely to deal with a largely family agency that worked together incredibly well and had great knowledge of the local market, especially when comparing with a different big name agency we sold our flat through
It's unlikely we will be selling our dream home anytime soon but we would highly recommend using them to assist in a purchase or list for a sale.
