PLEASE READ THIS! The agency has low standards and poor principles when it comes to honesty. We were interested on a property we found on zoopla so we call the agency to arrange a viewing. The agent said we had to wait for 2 weeks as the person in charged of the viewings was on annual leave. After 2 weeks waiting we called again and been told viewings wouldn't start for another 2 weeks. We called the office and left message but the agent never returned the call. The property was rented 2 days after. What a waste of time!

Lisa and Sarah are extremely helpful. New to the UK rental market - they provided honest (and much-needed) advice and guided us through the entire process with knowledge, constant communication, professionalism and warmth. We were in good hands.

I was told I had to move out of my flat after living there for 15 years, with three months notice; quite a frightening situation, especially in today's economic environment. But within 2 months I had found my dream home and signed my tenancy lease.
I have been so impressed by the estate agent Lisa Banford's approach to helping me find a home; it has been a friendly, relaxed and an efficient experience.
I also found the Finns' email alerts helpful and the website easy to use and see quickly if there's anything suitable.
As a tenant, I highly recommend Finns and Lisa Bamford.

*DISCRIMINATION* at it's worst, being told property not suitable for my son's (condition) Also being told (properties not suitable for you) Preventing property viewing and telling me that just because you call first dosnt mean you can view (Don't bother with property alerts then?) So glad I had calls on speaker phone as witnessed by special needs social worker and now been advised to take this to Property Ombudsman!

Don’t use this estate agent unless you know them! They don’t treat applicants fairly and prioritise their “friends” over anyone else! They have basically lied to me over the last week saying my application would be considered and no viewings were happening when the neg was doing viewings while off sick (with covid!) and the property had already gone. Very dishonest way to run a business even by estate agent standards. Would not trust them one bit!
P.S! Following Finns “response”, I whole heartedly disagree! How you can say a property suits one person more than another is impossible if you never even considered anyone else! Offering 1 person a viewing and having the office tell EVERY OTHER APPLICANT there are no viewings as the neg is “off sick” (clearly well enough to offer one person a viewing) is underhanded and dishonest! So yes - FINNS do lie!
